Refund policy

At G I A -good intentions always, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 10 days of delivery. However, an order can not be canceled once it’s shipped.

To be eligible for a refund, the gift baskets must be in their original packaging and unused. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable; you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at wajeehah@giasbaskets.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund once we receive it.

Please note that some items, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about our refund policy or whether an item is eligible.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We inspect your order carefully before shipment and hand the package with care. Upon request, we will refund or credit the delivery fees that a customer has paid if guaranteed delivery is not delivered in accordance with the applicable service.

However, we reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with our refund policy or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
